Chefs Become Certified Culinary Evaluators

From the Business Division: Chef Matthew Cooper (pictured, right) and Chef David Miller just finished testing and have become Certified Culinary Evaluators.

They are now approved (along with Chef Mark Handy, who received his credentials as an evaluator a while back) to evaluate practical exams for all culinary certification levels through the American Culinary Federation. Congratulations!
