Ribs and R & B Music Festival, Detroit, Aug. 12-14

DirtFest, Aug. 13, Pontiac

Do your favorite bands have names like Psychostick, Death of the Party, and Killswitch Engage? Then check out DirtFest at the CroFoot Festival Grounds. Back to the Bricks, Aug. 16-21, Flint

One of Michigan's best-known classic car cruises. Check out the drive-in movie at U.S. 23 Drive-In on Fenton Rd. on Aug. 16, enjoy the free Motortown All-Stars concert on Hemphill Rd.
