We are mourning the loss of our dear friend and colleague, Beverly Vargo. Bev lost her battle with uterine cancer this past Friday.
Bev taught in the English department as an adjunct instructor and worked in the Writing Center for many years.
She was married to Bill Reich, who served as the MCCEA Grievance Officer for several years. Bill recently retired from MCC.
Bev is survived by her father, John Vargo, her husband Bill (pictured at left), her children, Sophie Reich and Ben Graham, and her grandchildren, Sophie and Austin Graham.
A memorial service will be held Friday, July 22, at the Nie Family Funeral Home, 3767 W. Liberty Rd., Ann Arbor, MI, at 3 p.m.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Cancer Support Community of Greater Ann Arbor.
Our hearts go out to Bill and the rest of Bev's friends and family.
